- We charge an adult rate for junior high school students and older, 50% of the adult rate for children between elementary school and preschool age who require bedding, and a 2,000 yen facility fee for preschool age children who do not require bedding or meals.
We do not provide baby cribs, but futon sets are available in each cottage.

- What is the max number of guests?
- Glamping Cottages [Hawaii/Maui] and Dog Cottages [Oahu/Kauai] can sleep 2-6 people, with a recommended capacity of 4.
For 5 to 6 guests, additional bedding can be placed in the available space.

- Glamping Cottage [Hawaii/Maui]: four single beds
Extra bedding will be provided for groups of five or more.
Dog Cottage [Oahu/Kauai]: two single beds
Additional bedding will be provided for groups of three or more.

- There are currently no restrictions on the number or breed of dogs though this policy may be subject to change.
To ensure a comfortable stay for future guests, we ask that you keep your dog under control indoors.
If your dog is not potty-trained, we kindly request that you use a dog diaper.

- What should we bring when we stay with our dog?
- We request that you bring your dog's rabies vaccination certificate or mixed vaccine vaccination certificate.
If you are unable to have your dog inoculated for any reason, please notify us in advance.

- Are pets other than dogs allowed in the dog cottage?
- Yes, depending on the type of pet you have, you can stay with your pet.

- Yes, sauna is only available to guests who glamp or camp at our facility.

- The size of the campsites varies by site, but there is enough room for a large two-room tent and a car.
